Front Desk Service Manager

What You’ll Do:

As a Front Desk Service Manager, you’ll be the first impression of Fit 4 Life, delivering world-class customer service and ensuring our gym runs like a well-oiled machine. Your key responsibilities include:

Create a Welcoming Vibe: Greet and enthusiastically say goodbye to every member and answer calls with infectious energy. Your interactions set the tone for our community!
Lead by Example: Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
Keep Things Spotless: Ensure staff follow cleaning protocols to maintain a pristine gym.
Drive Efficiency: Handle payroll and administrative tasks with precision and organizational finesse.
Build Relationships: Connect with members and potential members, showcasing the Fit 4 Life experience in every conversation.

Who We’re Looking For:

Customer Service Superstar: You’re a natural at making people feel valued, and your exceptional communication skills leave a lasting impression.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in managing tasks, from payroll to front desk operations, with a keen eye for efficiency.
Positive Energy: Your enthusiasm is contagious, and you bring a can-do attitude to every interaction.

Pay: starting at $16 with a review in 90 days, commissions and bonuses

Benefits:

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):
After 90 days, accrue 1 day of PTO (8 hours) per month, totaling 11 days per year.
After 5 years, unlock an additional 10 days of PTO annually (21 days per year), starting on your fifth anniversary and continuing each year thereafter.
Celebrate with 3 paid holidays after 1 year: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and July 4.

Responsibilities:

Consistently recognizes and rewards outstanding performance to foster motivation and engagement.
Provides targeted coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team competency and growth.
Upholds consistent, fair, and effective people practices, taking appropriate action when necessary.
Delivers ongoing follow-up and actionable feedback on initiatives, systems, and programs to assistant club managers and hourly teammates. Collaborates with Senior leaders and General Manager to diagnose challenges, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions.
Social Media Marketing: Create and utilize existing ads to post daily on multiple social media platforms. Additionally, respond to all comments, reviews, and direct messages to ensure quality communication with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,400.00 per month
