We are recruiting for an Administrative Support team member for our Customer Service Division in Raleigh. You will handle data entry, document scanning, and key updates that keep our systems running smoothly. After training, you may qualify for a hybrid schedule.

Review and validate taxpayer powers of attorney
Index incoming correspondence
Update account information like address changes and business closures

Recruitment Range: $39,244 - $46,603

Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification.
