Full Job Description

Part Time or PRN Registered Nurse for IV Wellness Clinic

We are looking for a candidate with a dynamic personality and a passion for health and wellness! Join our team as a part-time RN with commissions, tips, and opportunities to work with an innovative, fast-growing wellness company.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our clients and be responsible for educating them on all services that our wellness spa offers. The ideal candidate will be a responsible, well-trained professional who is highly confident with IV skills and able to provide excellent nursing care with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nursing License (RN).
Minimum of two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting.
Exceptional skills are required in starting and maintaining peripheral IV access.
Proficiency with administering IM and SQ injections.
Experience using EMR to document guest details.
You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently.
Ability to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
Ability to connect with guests and serve them the appropriate therapies for their age, condition, and goals.
Well-developed interpersonal skills fostering effective communication with peers, supervisors, and guests.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the clinic.
Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask.
MUST HAVE CURRENT, ACTIVE experience with successfully gaining IV access on the first attempt multiple times per day.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administer IV therapies and wellness services.
Perform blood draws for lab studies.
Provide services while educating individuals about the benefits and safety of these services.
Collect vital signs and medical history for clients.
Must maintain a 90-100% successful IV insertion rate on the first try.

Schedule:

5-8 hour shift
Day shift
Clinic open daily, hours vary
Must have weekend availability

Experience:

2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

BLS Certification
RN (Required)

Location: Clinic setting with likely short travel for possible mobile IV appointments

Job Type: Part-time or PRN

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour plus tips and commission

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $30.00 per hour
