Full Job Description

Position Overview

A personal chef is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant for a limited-hours, long-term position. The position involves assisting with financial matters, medical and healthcare paperwork, health insurance/Medicare, and legal documentation and correspondence, as well as general administrative support

Key Responsibilities

Financial, Medical, and Legal Support : Seeking a highly organized, trustworthy individual who can take primary responsibility for managing financial, medical, administrative, and medical-legal matter.

Pereferably have experience.

Help track recurring bills using Excel
Assist with tracking medical appointments and managing related bills as needed
Provide general administrative and organizational support
Help create catering contracts and track/manage client payments
Provide general computer and technology support (Lenovo laptop, Android phone)

Qualifications

Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
Knowledge of health insurance and tax beneficial
Experience handling financial, medical, administrative, and medical-legal matters
Must have reliable transportation and a personal device (laptop/tablet/phone)
Work is primarily in-person with some flexibility for remote tasks
Attention to detail, especially with writing and file management
Dependable, proactive, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a home environment with a small, friendly dog

Additional Information

Limited-hours, long-term position: This is an ongoing position requiring fewer hours than a traditional part-time job. The hours can be flexible depending on needs and current situation, but the ideal candidate is looking for a long-term working relationship, not a short-term or temporary position.

Must be able to provide at least two references

Pay: $18.00 per hour
