Responsibilities
- Assist with conducting clinics and camps tailored to various skill levels
- Support the lead Tennis Professional in organizing tournaments, camps, and special events to promote active participation
- Provide coaching on proper technique, sportsmanship, and game strategy to players of all ages
- Ensure the safety of participants by enforcing facility rules and monitoring court conditions
- Maintain equipment, prepare practice drills, and assist with court reservations and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding lesson plans, schedules, and feedback to enhance their experience
- Support and promote the brand of Daniel Carter Tennis by being an ambassador
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children and adults is highly desirable but not necessary for the right candidate
- Knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and gameplay
- Strong communication skills to engage with players, parents, and team members confidently, promptly, and professionally
- Basic first aid skills including CPR certification or willing to obtain within a short time of hire; AED operation knowledge is a plus
- Played high school tennis but college tennis is preferred
- Must pass a background check and be Safe Play Certified

Work Location: In person
