Pay Range: $17.40-$19.18
Schedule: M-F 9a-4p

What You Bring (Requirements)

Must have one year’s experience working with the elderly population.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of the principles’ practices standards and techniques of the provision of recreational
activities.
Knowledge of how to use and maintain materials and equipment of need to provide recreational
activities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leads and/or assists in large groups, small groups 1:1’s and individual activities (exercise, arts and crafts,
games, current events, sensory, etc.).
Assists Activities Director/Recreation Therapist in assessing and reassessing participants’ functional status in relationship to participation in recreational activities.
Assists with the development and implementation of recreational activities that meet the interests, needs
and capabilities of participants under the supervision of Activities Director or Recreation Therapist.
Completes assigned activity charting and reporting as assigned by Activities Director or Recreation
Therapist.
