Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will drive the execution of digital marketing campaigns, manage content creation, and optimize online presence across multiple platforms. Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will help elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support overall marketing objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and paid advertising campaigns.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media advertising campaigns.
Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Use web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.
Maintain website management using content management systems like WordPress; update site content and ensure website health through technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Design engaging graphics with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; support graphic design needs for digital campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives and ensure seamless website management.
Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
Conduct performance marketing activities focused on conversion optimization to maximize ROI from digital advertising efforts.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing campaign setup, management, and optimization within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools, SEM strategies, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and web analytics reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with content creation, copywriting, social media management, and social media advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including graphic design capabilities), HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics, SQL fundamentals preferred.
Experience with website management using content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
Familiarity with paid search marketing strategies including paid advertising campaign management for B2B or B2C markets.
Ability to analyze marketing analytics data to inform decision-making; experience with performance marketing metrics is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail; copywriting experience is a plus.
