Our client is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a newly created HR Operations function within a growing, multi-site organization.

What You'll Do
Lead HR Operations

Oversee HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle

Ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and processes

Establish service standards, workflows, documentation, and escalation procedures

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality
Partner with Leaders

Support leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness

Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee and manager issues

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions
Drive Process Improvement

Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize HR processes

Utilize HR technology, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making

Create tools, resources, and workflows that simplify HR operations
Develop and Lead a Team

Coach and mentor HR team members

Establish performance expectations and development plans

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
-
8+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines
-
3+ years of leadership experience within HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Business Partner, or similar functions
-
Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence

Strong experience utilizing HR systems, reporting, analytics, and workflow tools
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Master's degree
-
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed organizations

Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms
