Full Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced medical office and genuinely cares about improving patient experiences. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating a seamless, positive, and professional experience for patients as they complete their visit at Aesthetic Solutions. This role serves as the final point of contact for patients, managing check-out procedures, scheduling follow-up appointments, processing payments, supporting loyalty programs, and assisting with skincare purchases. The Care Coordinator also provides telephone support, helps maintain accurate financial records, and assists with patient engagement initiatives, including website inquiries and follow-up communications. Success in this role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a warm, welcoming personality committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am – 5:00 pm (typical)

Reports to: Practice Administrator

Core Responsibilities:

Welcome each patient with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
Complete patient check-out efficiently and accurately.
Assist patients with loyalty program enrollment, credits, and reward redemptions.
Schedule follow-up appointments and answer questions about future visits.
Provide pricing information, treatment quotes, and educational materials.
Assist patients with skincare purchases and recommendations.
Ensure every patient leaves feeling appreciated and well cared for.

Required Proficiencies

A demonstrated passion for aesthetics or skin care
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Nextech, CRM, Weave)

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree (required)
