About Our Practice

We are a thriving, cash-based integrative medical practice in North Raleigh with a loyal patient community that values a personalized, holistic approach to health. We combine evidence-based medicine with functional and integrative therapies — and our patients notice the difference. Our team is knowledgeable, tight-knit, and genuinely enthusiastic about what we do.

We're growing and looking for a sharp, personable, health-minded professional to serve as the face of our practice at the point of patient care.

The Role

This is not a front desk position. As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the final and often most important touchpoint in every patient visit. You'll work directly with patients at checkout to make sure they leave informed, supported, and equipped to follow through on their care plan.

Your main daily responsibilities include:

Walking patients through their checkout instructions, care recommendations, and next steps
Processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records (cash-based practice — no insurance billing!)
Relaying clinical questions to providers and communicating answers clearly to patients
Calling out prescriptions to pharmacies and sending lab and imaging requisitions
Educating patients about our curated line of professional-grade supplements
Scheduling follow-up appointments and managing patient flow
Supporting overall office operations with a team-first attitude, willing to learn other positions in the office and fill in as needed.

You Are a Great Fit If You:

Have a genuine interest in integrative, functional, or holistic medicine
Are articulate, confident, and comfortable in a patient-facing role with a light sales component
Hold a college or associate degree or have relevant experience in healthcare, health sciences, wellness, business administration or a related field
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
Have previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, or customer service/sales role (preferred), office administration
Are a strong communicator — both with patients and care team members
Take initiative and don't need micromanagement

$18–$22/hr depending on experience and qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Must be local (within 30 minutes of North Raleigh)
