Senior Structural Engineer

From healthcare facilities and office towers to sports venues and other signature structures, you'll help deliver projects that shape communities and leave a lasting impact. We're looking for a collaborative, technically strong structural engineer who enjoys solving challenging design problems, building client relationships, and taking on increasing leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Lead and contribute to the structural design of large-scale commercial building projects, including office, healthcare, sports, and mixed-use developments.
Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and other structural systems in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards.
Develop construction documents and structural models using Revit, BIM, and other advanced design technologies.
Collaborate with architects, developers, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout all phases of project delivery.
Manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and client expectations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Participate in client meetings and help build long-term relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise.
Contribute to innovative, practical, and efficient design solutions that balance performance, constructability, and value.
Support projects across the United States and, when applicable, international markets.

What We're Looking For

6–11 years of structural engineering experience focused on building design.
Experience working on large commercial, healthcare, sports, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Strong background in structural analysis and design of building structures.
Proficiency with Revit and experience working within BIM-enabled project environments.
Demonstrated project management experience and progressive career advancement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience serving as a project engineer or project manager on complex building projects.
EIT certification prior to obtaining PE licensure.
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams.
Familiarity with building enclosure, parking, transportation, infrastructure, or related design disciplines.
Passion for innovative structural solutions, emerging technologies, and continuous professional development.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
