Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience
Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS and 7shifts , handling cash and card transactions efficiently
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, counters, and kitchen stations in accordance with food safety regulations
Support food delivery, bussing tables, and clearing dishes to ensure a seamless dining experience
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math tasks
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Experience with food preparation, bussing, serving, or cashiering in a restaurant or café setting is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
