Full Job Description

The Patient Care Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional front-line support to patients while ensuring smooth daily operations within a conservative care clinic. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a patient-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience in person and over the phone.
Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and assist patients with understanding coverage and financial responsibilities.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete within the EMR system.
Address patient questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
Support front desk and administrative functions, including check-in/check-out and billing coordination.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Collaborate with providers and team members to enhance patient satisfaction and overall office efficiency.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a medical, physical therapy, or chiropractic office preferred.
Strong understanding of patient scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk workflows.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in EMR systems and Google Workspace.

Schedule:

24-32 hours a week, Monday through Friday

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
