The role

As Tech Lead, you'll run the development team and act as steward of the codebase. We want someone who cares about secure, maintainable software but understands that shipping beats polishing — nothing has value until it's released. Clarity, security, and performance are the priorities.

This is a hands-on position. You'll be writing code, and you'll be the person we turn to for the problems nobody else can crack.

Environment

Microsoft throughout: Azure SQL, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery.

Day to day

Lead, mentor, and develop the engineers on your team
Review code with an eye toward security, performance, and quality
Keep an agile release cadence running at close to continuous
Balance new feature work against refactoring and platform investment
Tackle hard technical problems and push our systems forward

Terms and benefits

Full-time salaried, Monday through Friday, roughly 40 hours per week. Late nights and weekend work are the exception, not the pattern.

Work from home, a co-working space, wherever you're productive — you'll need reliable internet and a setting where you can concentrate.

Starting pay begins at $140,000 and scales with the depth of experience you bring. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, sick leave, a 401(k) with employer match, and company-provided hardware.
