Location: Ontario, CA 91764
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Job Description

Adept HR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality assurance initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee inspection and testing activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and work closely with production teams to maintain product excellence. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong technical knowledge of manufacturing quality systems, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Minimum 1 year of Quality Control Supervisor or related manufacturing quality experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Must pass E-Verify.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily quality control operations, including inspection, testing, and measurement activities.
Inspect raw materials, components, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other measuring tools.
Verify compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations, as applicable.
Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality documentation.
Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials and quality deviations.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate calibration and validation of measuring and inspection equipment.
Conduct internal quality audits and support customer audits and regulatory inspections.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.
Conduct random sampling, line clearance inspections, and in-process audits.
Train production employees on quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation requirements.
Track quality metrics, including defect rates, scrap, and rework, and prepare reports for management.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems and regulatory compliance.
Experience interpreting mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

Additional Information

Work Location: On-site in Ontario, CA 91764
Must be able to relocate to Ontario, CA before starting, if applicable.
Overtime and weekend availability may be required.
