Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Staffing Assistant Branch Manager, where you will lead efforts to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent across various roles. This energetic role combines strategic talent acquisition with operational management, ensuring our staffing processes align with company goals and legal standards. You will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive candidate experience while managing internal recruiting initiatives and maintaining compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive the success of our staffing operations, support employee development, and strengthen our talent pipeline for sustained growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments.
Utilize talent management software.
Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to attract diverse talent pools and enhance employer branding.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize hiring outcomes.
Conduct negotiations with candidates regarding employment terms, contracts, and benefits packages to secure top talent.
Ensure compliance with HR legal standards, employment law, and labor regulations during all recruitment activities.
Lead employee orientation sessions and coordinate training & development programs to support new hires’ integration and growth.
Maintain accurate data within HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro for reporting and analytics purposes.
Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication skills, relationship management, and ongoing employee relations efforts.

Experience

Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, ATS platforms such as Taleo or Greenhouse, and talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate employment terms effectively while maintaining positive candidate relationships.
Familiarity with employment & labor law in talent management to ensure legal compliance across all hiring practices.
Experience utilizing talent management software including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Paychex for HR operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to research market trends and generate leads for recruitment campaigns.
Prior success in managing internal recruiting projects alongside external outreach efforts like cold calling and social media engagement.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality while supporting employee evaluation and employee relations initiatives.
