Our offerings include Event Photography, Videography, DJs, Photo Booths, 360 Video Booths, Dance Floor Rentals, Event Lighting, and immersive brand activations for corporate functions, marketing campaigns, marketing agency, private event and weddings .

With over a decade of experience, GC Event Studio has built a strong reputation for creativity, professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality event experiences that leave lasting impressions. As we continue expanding into the experiential marketing and brand activation space, we are focused on elevating our client experience and growing our presence within the events and entertainment industry.

We are seeking a motivated, business-minded, and client-focused Event Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about live events, guest engagement, experiential marketing, and brand activations. The ideal candidate will support event execution, represent our brand professionally at activations, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company

Position Overview:

As an Event Activation Specialist, you will work directly with clients, guests, and event teams to help execute engaging and high-quality event experiences across a variety of activations and production services. This role goes beyond traditional photo booth operations and includes supporting 360 video activations, LED dance floors, event lighting, truss setups, interactive experiences, and other event production elements.

You will play a key role in representing GC Event Studio at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and brand activations by ensuring smooth execution, professional guest interaction, and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced event environments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain GC equipment at various events, ensuring a seamless and fun experience for clients and their guests that includes Photobooth, 360 and interactive experiences.
Interact with event attendees, encourage participation, and provide guidance on using the photo booth.
Promote and represent GC Event Studio professionally, sharing information about our services and encouraging bookings at events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other vendors to secure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of events and exceed client expectations.
Set up and dismantle equipment at event locations as needed.
Handle on-site troubleshooting and technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from clients during events.
Collect event feedback and submit report on performance evaluation.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our services and brand
Capture and create high-quality photo and Video activations memories for clients and guests.
Dress professionally and hold a high standard.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the working world. Experience in business development, Photography, Videography, DJ, Lighting, or event management in the event industry is a PLUS.
A passion for people, photography, events, and creating memorable experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
A solid network of contacts and an appreciation of the event industry that includes photo booth, Photography, Videography, DJ & more.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate the unique value our company offers.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot photo booth and software equipment.
High attention to detail to ensure the quality of photos and guest experiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun), depending on event schedules.
A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
Three professional references are required at the time of hiring.

Pay Structure

During the training period, the compensation will commence at $17 per hour.
Upon successful completion of training, the hourly rate will range from $20 to $25, based on the candidate's Demonstrated Occupational Expertise (DOE).
In addition to the base compensation, there will be performance-based incentives and bonuses linked to client satisfaction. Exceptional performers will also be considered for advancement into leadership roles within the organization.
