Vision Employment Group is looking for a motivated, confident, and people-oriented Recruiter / Onsite Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are a fast-growing staffing company, and we are looking for someone who wants more than a typical recruiting position. We want someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, thinking outside the box, and getting results.

If you're the type of person who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, make a cold call, follow up with a candidate for the third time, or walk into the community and find great people — we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

Recruit and interview candidates for warehouse, logistics, and industrial positions.
Make daily outbound and cold calls to potential candidates.
Follow up with previous applicants and employees about new opportunities.
Source candidates through social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Post and maintain job advertisements.
Conduct interviews and assist with candidate screening.
Coordinate orientations, onboarding, and start dates.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and employees.
Monitor attendance, call-offs, and no-call/no-shows.
Help resolve employee and client concerns.
Assist with onsite coordination and daily branch operations.
Respond to last-minute staffing needs and help find solutions quickly.

Qualifications

Must have Recruiting and staffing experience.
Staffing/warehouse recruiting experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
