Do you have a deep understanding of customer service? That it takes more than just "the customer is always right" to deliver a truly exceptional experience?

We are seeking a polished, highly organized Client Service Specialist to join our executive black car and luxury transportation company in the Coachella Valley.

This is an ideal role for someone with a background in luxury hotels, resorts, concierge services, private clubs, executive travel, or other high-touch hospitality environments - someone who loves taking care of clients and making sure that every detail is handled seamlessly.

You do not need previous transportation experience. We can teach you our reservation and dispatch systems. What is harder to teach—and what matters most to us—is exceptional judgment, professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine instinct for taking care of people.

Many of our clients use us repeatedly for private airport transportation, business travel, dinners, events, and other personal transportation needs. We want them to feel as though they have a trusted concierge handling their transportation—not that they are simply booking a car.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls, emails, and reservation requests with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism
Assist clients with planning and booking their transportation confidently and seamlessly
Learn repeat clients' preferences and help create a highly personalized experience for VIPs
Enter and manage reservations accurately
Confirm trip details with clients and drivers
Coordinate drivers and vehicles for scheduled trips
Monitor upcoming and active trips to make sure everything runs smoothly
Communicate proactively with clients about changes or important details
Handle last-minute requests and schedule changes calmly and efficiently
Communicate professionally with drivers to ensure service expectations are being met
Resolve routine service issues independently and know when something requires escalation
Help us continue improving our systems and the overall client experience

Who We Need

Our ideal candidate has experience in a luxury service environment. You must understand what exceptional hospitality feels like and how to deliver it.

You may currently work—or have previously worked—as a:

Luxury hotel or resort front desk agent
Concierge
Guest services representative
Private club or country club team member
Executive assistant supporting high-level clients
Private aviation or FBO guest services professional
Luxury travel professional
High-end customer service or client relations professional

Transportation, limousine, or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required.

Can manage several moving pieces at once

Understand discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile or affluent clients
Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Are comfortable learning new technology and reservation systems
Know the Coachella Valley well or can learn the area quickly

The Role

This isn't a call-center position, and it isn't simply data entry.

You will become one of the primary people our clients interact with and an important part of the experience they associate with our company. Over time, we want you to know our repeat clients, understand their preferences, anticipate their needs, and help ensure every trip is seamless.

You'll also learn the operational side of executive transportation, including reservations, chauffeur coordination, flight tracking, trip monitoring, and schedule management.

Your Schedule

Luxury transportation operates beyond traditional business hours. Clients may travel early in the morning, in the evening, on weekends, and on holidays.

This role requires some schedule flexibility and participation in after-hours coverage. We are not looking for one person to be available 24/7, and we are building a sustainable coverage structure as our operation grows.

Specific hours and coverage expectations will be discussed during the interview process. We are open to beginning with a part-time schedule and growing to full-time as you train and onboard.
