Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Representative/Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline, engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and digital outreach to promote our cutting-edge products and services. Your energetic approach and selling skills will drive customer engagement, foster strong relationships, and close deals that contribute to our company’s growth. This position offers a flexible remote work environment where your communication skills and sales expertise will shine.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients.
Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Manage customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and monitor sales pipelines for optimal follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Handle objections confidently, and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain comprehensive records of all client communications, sales activities, and follow-up tasks within the CRM system.

Requirements

Demonstrate ability in negotiation, deal closing, and outbound calling strategies in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Experience with telemarketing, call center operations, or customer service roles.
Knowledge of sales technology adoption including sales automation technologies and CRM system proficiency.
Business development experience combined with a background in marketing or client communication is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently in an environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism.
Attend 4 to 5 days of Live training & mindset developement.
