Territory Sales Manager – Life Sciences & Cleanroom | Atlantic Region

Location: Northeast / Atlantic Region
Territory: MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA and surrounding markets
Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000+, based on experience
Compensation: Base + uncapped performance bonus + monthly vehicle and home office allowances

Build CT International's Atlantic Region

CT International is looking for a driven sales professional to grow our Atlantic Region, from Massachusetts through Virginia.

This isn't an account-maintenance job. We want someone who likes opening doors, building relationships, getting in front of customers, running product trials, and winning new business.

You'll work closely with our scientific and industrial distributor partners while developing relationships directly with end users in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, and other controlled environments.

If you already know these markets, their customers, or the distributors that serve them, we especially want to talk to you.

About CT International

CT International has more than 35 years of experience in cleanroom and controlled-environment PPE.

We manufacture and supply cleanroom gloves, PPE, and contamination-control products used in critical environments across the country. Our portfolio includes nitrile and latex gloves along with head, face, body, and footwear protection.

We sell through distribution and work closely with our distributor partners to develop end-user opportunities, conduct product evaluations, win conversions, and grow accounts.

What You'll Do

Develop new business throughout MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA and surrounding markets.
Prospect and build relationships with end users and distributor sales teams.
Work alongside distributor reps on joint calls and new opportunities.
Get into customer facilities, identify applications, and introduce CT International products.
Coordinate samples, product evaluations, and customer trials.
Turn successful trials into recurring business.
Grow existing accounts by finding new products, departments, and locations.
Manage your territory, sales pipeline, follow-up, forecasting, and CRM activity.
Bring customer feedback, competitive information, and new product opportunities back to our team.
Attend customer meetings, distributor events, and trade shows.

Regular travel throughout the territory and some overnight travel are required.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who creates opportunities instead of waiting for leads.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, opening new accounts, walking into a distributor branch, meeting with end users, asking good questions, and staying with an opportunity until you know where it stands.

Strong candidates will have:

B2B sales experience with success developing new business.
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline.
Confidence working independently in the field.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Comfort working with both distributors and end users.
Willingness to learn technical products and applications.

Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, cleanrooms, laboratory products, semiconductor, aerospace, PPE, safety, or medical device is a strong plus.

Experience with scientific, laboratory, safety, or industrial distribution gets our attention.

But you don't have to come from the cleanroom industry. We can teach products. We're looking for someone with the drive and ability to sell.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $55,000–$75,000+, based on experience
