Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Beautiful Minds

Location: Rapid City, SD (and surrounding area)

Employment Type: Full-time, Daytime Hours, No Holidays (Paid Holidays)

Start Date: ASAP

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a new opportunity? Beautiful Minds is a small, BCBA-owned ABA clinic in Rapid City, and we're committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment for our team while providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated RBT to provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy. You'll be a crucial part of our clinical team, implementing individualized treatment plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and helping children develop essential skills.

What You'll Do

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings.
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans with fidelity.
Collect and record accurate data to track client progress.
Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective treatment approach.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, families, and colleagues.
Help create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Required: A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or the ability to obtain it prior to the start date.
H.S. diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
A passion for working with children and a commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, professional, and compassionate.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
