Full Job Description

Elevation Inn & Suites is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and help create exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

This is a full-time salaried leadership position responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, supervising team members, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring every guest receives friendly, professional service. If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay

Salary: $40,000 per year

Schedule

This is a full-time management position requiring flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed to support hotel operations.

Responsibilities

As Front Desk Manager, you will:

Oversee the daily operation of the front desk
Lead, train, coach, and support front desk team members
Recruit and onboard new front desk associates
Prepare staff schedules based on business needs
Assist with breakfast operation oversight and scheduling
Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
Resolve guest concerns and billing issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure accurate cash handling and front office reporting
Cover call-outs and provide on-call management support when needed
Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Qualifications

Previous hotel front desk experience required
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable resolving guest concerns with professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Basic computer proficiency and experience with hotel property management systems is a plus
