Pediatric ABA Therapy Center | Rapid City, South Dakota

Impact Learning & Development is a BCBA and military family-owned ABA therapy center serving children and families in Rapid City, South Dakota. We provide high-quality, ethical ABA therapy and ABA-based educational services with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional support, and sustainable clinical practice and have been going strong for 7 years.

We are growing and seeking 1–2 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing ABA programming for pediatric clients, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring clinical excellence across services.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical integrity, professional growth, and meaningful relationships with families and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making
Collaborate with families, schools, and related professionals
Ensure services meet BACB ethical and professional standards
Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
Contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred (but not required):

Experience supervising RBTs or trainees
Interest in leadership, mentorship, or program development
Experience in clinic-based or educational ABA settings
