At GEICO Raynham (NOVA Insurance), we train our advisors to build strong human connections and trust through a customer-centric approach. While technology automates the routine, the ability to read a room, handle complex objections, and close business remains the single most lucrative skill set in the modern economy.

We are seeking hungry, high-energy college graduates and young professionals for our Junior Sales Advisor Program. This is an entry-level position designed from the ground up to teach you elite sales psychology, build your professional foundation, and fast-track top performers into Senior Sales roles.

We can’t teach drive or grit—but if you bring the hunger, we will teach you how to become an unstoppable sales professional.

What You’ll Do (And What You’ll Learn)

You won’t just be answering phones or reading scripts. You will undergo intensive, real-world sales development, moving from foundational outreach to high-conversion closing:

Master High-Stakes Communication: Learn how to read EQ cues, build instant rapport, convert cold interest into active prospects, and overcome complex customer objections.
Consultative Selling & Closing: Move past surface-level pitches. You’ll learn how to uncover client needs, educate customers on risk management, and execute logical, high-value closes.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a high-volume sales funnel using modern CRM tools and proven follow-up frameworks.
Career Growth Track: Excel in the core junior advisory functions, master product line conversions, and rapidly progress into a Senior Sales Advisor role managing higher-volume, complex client portfolios.
