- Install conduit, pull conductors, and complete electrical work in network closets, server rooms, telecommunications facilities, and commercial buildings.
- Support power requirements for telecommunications equipment, UPS systems, network infrastructure, EV chargers, and other customer equipment.
- Conduct customer walkthroughs and prepare labor and material estimates.
- Obtain electrical permits and coordinate required inspections.
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with the Massachusetts Electrical Code, applicable regulations, permit requirements, and company safety standards.
- Review electrical scopes, plans, installation methods, and staffing requirements.
- Supervise journeyperson electricians and registered apprentices as the division grows.
- Develop electrical safety procedures, quality standards, estimating tools, and field documentation.
- Maintain accurate permit, inspection, testing, and project closeout records.
- Work directly with Demarc management to develop the electrical division and identify opportunities with existing and new customers.

- Health insurance and company benefits.
- Paid time off and company holidays.
- Company paid license renewals and approved continuing education.
- Annual performance bonus opportunity.
- Opportunity to build and lead a new electrical division within an established contractor.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Massachusetts Master Electrician who still enjoys performing fieldwork but is ready to take on greater leadership responsibility.
This person should be comfortable working with tools, meeting customers, estimating projects, pulling permits, managing inspections, and supervising employees.
