Join Lisa Monk & Associates, LLC in Pottstown, PA, as a full-time, in-person, Certified Public Accountant and be part of an elite team working directly with clients. Dive into intricate tax preparations for a diverse clientele, from corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Utilize your expertise in tax planning, QuickBooks analysis, and GAAP to deliver customized tax and business planning strategies. Continue to grow as a professional in the field and improve your skills, build a large professional network consisting of successful individuals from all walks of life.

This presents a remarkable opportunity for an experienced Certified Public Accountant who aspires to take charge of the business after demonstrating an established track record of success. This opportunity could be for someone who wants to grow their client list by combining our client bases.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparations of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
Engage in strategic tax planning and evaluate QuickBooks data.
Spearhead client meetings, offer valuable financial data insights, and provide tax-minimizing strategies.
Act as the point of liaison between our firm and state/federal taxing agencies, ensuring seamless resolution of client concerns.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Active Pennsylvania CPA license.
Minimum experience of 3 years in tax preparation during tax season.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Analytical prowess, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
Stellar communication skills; both written and verbal.
Demonstrated experience in public accounting firms or comparable environments.
Proven track record in client management.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a full-time, in-person, benefit-eligible position with a competitive base salary. A Sign on Bonus, annual Bonus, commissions, and profit sharing are available. Additional benefits included a 20% employer paid retirement plan and medical insurance. The opportunity for less than full time hours may be available outside of tax season.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
