Full Job Description

We’re looking for an analytical, systems-minded Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys precision, process improvement, financial accuracy, and solving operational inefficiencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in building clean, scalable financial operations.

If you are naturally detail-oriented, technically curious, process-driven, and motivated by accuracy and efficiency - this is the role for you.

You will:

Process invoices accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
Review financial documentation, coding, approvals, and payment data for accuracy and compliance
Manage ACH vendor setup and electronic payment processing
Support monthly auto-pay and customer credit card payment processes
Investigate discrepancies, resolve invoice issues, and research payment questions
Maintain AP records, documentation, and audit-ready files
Process daily deposits and wired funds accurately
Assist with sales commission processing and calculations
Generate reports and financial support documentation as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve AP and AR workflows by eliminating unnecessary steps and increasing operational efficiency
Help optimize financial processes through stronger systems usage, automation, and better technology adoption

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience
Experience with ACH payment processing strongly preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
