Receiving Associate

Location: E-Commerce Warehouse
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Position Overview

Esbenshade’s is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Associate to support our e-commerce warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure incoming shipments are received accurately, inspected carefully, and organized efficiently for storage and order fulfillment.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to a well-run warehouse operation.

Schedule & Availability

40–50 hours per week, based on business needs
Availability required between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
Rotating Saturdays (two on, one off)
Occasional Sunday shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities

Unload trucks and receive incoming shipments
Inspect incoming products for accuracy, damage, and overall condition
Accurately receive inventory into warehouse systems and put product away in assigned locations
Use warehouse software and inventory tools to track, locate, and organize products
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving area
Communicate professionally with delivery drivers, coworkers, and supervisors
Follow all company safety procedures and operate equipment safely

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a plus
Experience with Sellercloud and Skustack preferred
Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability, dependability, and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

Regularly lift 20–30 pounds; occasionally lift 50–70 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
