Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Innovative Insurance Group (Green Lane, PA)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us:
Innovative Insurance Group is a growing independent insurance agency focused on delivering exceptional service and tailored risk solutions to our commercial clients. As a proud partner of ERIE Insurance, we prioritize long-term relationships, proactive service, and operational excellence.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our producers and service our commercial client base. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERIE Insurance and a strong understanding of commercial insurance workflows, documentation, and client service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance accurately and in a timely manner
Process and service brokered business, including submissions, follow-ups, and carrier communication
Prepare, review, and complete ACORD applications and related forms
Develop and compile premium summaries and coverage comparisons for producers
Assist producers in preparing for client meetings, renewals, and proposals
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions in the agency management system
Respond to client service requests, endorsements, and policy changes promptly
Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to ensure smooth policy processing and renewals
Support retention efforts through proactive communication and service

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance (agency experience preferred)
Experience working with ERIE Insurance strongly preferred
Proficiency in ACORD forms and commercial insurance documentation
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain promptly)
