Position Summary
360 Painting of Reading is looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to support sales activities, customer relationships, estimating, project coordination, and overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-driven, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Follow up with incoming leads and sales opportunities.
* Conduct customer consultations and prepare project estimates.
* Present company services and close sales opportunities.
* Coordinate project schedules with customers and painting crews.
* Monitor project progress and maintain customer communication.
* Perform project walkthroughs and quality checks.
* Maintain accurate records of estimates, sales, and project status.
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Previous experience in sales.
* Knowledge of painting, construction, home improvement, or residential service industries.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Reliable transportation.
* Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented attitude.

Schedule
