Full Job Description

Genstar Clinical is a fast-growing healthcare startup specializing in high-quality anesthesia services in underserved settings. We’re currently looking for a traveling CRNA to join our team and work alongside board-certified gastroenterologists at multiple institutions throughout California.

What We Offer:

$250.00/hr with overtime and double-time included
A flexible schedule with no overnight call

Key Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia during EGDs, colonoscopies, and related gastroenterological procedures.
Collaborate closely with the gastroenterologist to ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the procedure.
Travel between multiple locations to provide anesthesia services for gastroenterology procedures.
Maintain patient monitoring and vital signs during procedures.
Assist in preoperative assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating risk factors.
Provide post-procedure recovery care, ensuring safe recovery and monitoring of patients.
Handle potential for long hours due to travel and the demands of the schedule.

Qualifications

Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Critical care experience preferred
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management techniques.
Ability to administer injections safely and effectively while adhering to clinical protocols.
Knowledge of NCQA standards and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking diverse clinical experiences across multiple healthcare environments while providing high-quality anesthesia care tailored to each patient's needs.
