Why This Role

You’ll be a key contributor on a collaborative team, transforming prints into precise welded assemblies while working safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Fabricate and assemble metal components with multiple welding methods.
Interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to plan your work.
Execute welds in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
Inspect welds to verify conformance with standards and specifications.
Leverage hand tools, power tools, and metrology equipment to achieve tight tolerances.
Partner with peers to organize priorities and keep jobs moving.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

What You Bring

Proven welding/fabrication background with FCAW and Stick (SMAW) experience.
Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Resourceful problem-solver who can diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
Detail-driven mindset and pride in producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with forklifts and cranes preferred.
Exposure to machining or related trades is a plus, not required.
