We are an established and growing pediatric multidisciplinary outpatient therapy clinic serving children throughout Jefferson County and surrounding communities. Our team provides individualized Speech-Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Feeding Therapy, along with specialized services including AAC and Dyslexia evaluations.
We are currently looking for exceptional, compassionate, and child-focused speech professionals to join our growing team.

We welcome new graduates and Clinical Fellows who are passionate about pediatric speech-language pathology and looking for an environment where they can continue developing as clinicians.
Clinical Fellows will have access to appropriate CF mentorship and supervision while gaining hands-on experience evaluating and treating a diverse pediatric population.
Our multidisciplinary setting also provides opportunities to learn from and collaborate with professionals across Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Feeding Therapy.
SLPAs Are Welcome Too!
We also welcome Speech-Language Pathology Assistants who are interested in developing their skills in pediatric therapy.
SLPAs work under the direction and supervision of our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to carry out individualized treatment plans, collect patient data, document treatment sessions, communicate with supervising clinicians, and help children work toward meaningful communication goals.

Our speech department serves children with a wide variety of communication and developmental needs, including:

Our clinic also provides specialized AAC evaluations and services and Dyslexia evaluations, giving clinicians opportunities to expand their knowledge and develop specialized areas of clinical interest.
ResponsibilitiesSLP / CF-SLP
Depending on experience and position, responsibilities may include:
- Complete comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care based on evaluation findings and functional needs
- Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate treatment for pediatric patients
- Establish measurable goals and monitor patient progress
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and strategies for carryover at home
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, feeding specialists, and other members of the child's care team
- Communicate with physicians, schools, caregivers, and other professionals when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical collaboration
- Maintain all applicable professional, ethical, licensure, and documentation standards
SLPA
Responsibilities may include:
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement treatment activities established by the supervising SLP
- Collect and accurately record patient performance data
- Complete treatment documentation in accordance with clinic and payer requirements
- Communicate patient progress, concerns, and observations to the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with families and members of the multidisciplinary team within the SLPA scope of practice
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development
- Maintain applicable professional and documentation standards

QualificationsSLP / CF-SLP Candidates
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for appropriate Missouri licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), when applicable
- Clinical Fellows and new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
SLPA Candidates
- Meet applicable Missouri requirements to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Ability to practice under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- New SLPAs are encouraged to apply
