About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the face of our organization, greeting visitors, assisting guests, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and deliver outstanding service will play an important role in maintaining a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Services

Welcome guests, visitors, and clients with a friendly and professional attitude
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Provide information regarding company services, facilities, and appointments
Assist guests with requests, directions, and general inquiries
Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a positive experience
Escalate complex issues to management when appropriate

Administrative Support

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Perform data entry and maintain accurate guest and visitor records
Process reservations, registrations, or service requests as required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain an organized and professional reception area
Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory requests

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations
Communicate guest feedback and service requests to the appropriate teams
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Support administrative projects and office operations as needed

Team Collaboration

Work closely with management and colleagues to deliver exceptional service
Participate in training and ongoing professional development
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Front Desk Receptionist, Hotel Front Desk Associate, Guest Services Representative, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in another customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training is provided for motivated candidates.
