Position Overview

OneSource Restoration, a leader in emergency storm response services, is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Support Specialist to support daily operations and emergency storm response efforts. This position plays a critical role in helping managing subcontractor documentation, insurance compliance, administrative processes, and storm response coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and is committed to supporting the team during emergency events.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage subcontractor insurance documentation to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain subcontractor records within the company database.
Send onboarding paperwork, compliance documents, and required forms to new subcontractor companies.
Track and maintain subcontractor files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and current.
Create, update, and manage storm rosters for active deployments.
Process and maintain storm timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Coordinate administrative support for storm operations, including organizing documentation and assisting field leadership.
Communicate with subcontractors regarding required paperwork, insurance updates, and documentation needs.
Be available during emergency storm responses to provide immediate administrative support, including work outside normal business hours when necessary.

Key Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Adaptability to respond to storm events at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in administrative support, document management, insurance compliance, or subcontractor/vendor coordination is preferred.
