As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated HVAC Helper to join our skilled installation team.
Position Summary
The HVAC Helper will assist lead installers with the setup, installation, and service of heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and being part of a respected, family-oriented company. Experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Support technicians with equipment setup, material handling, and basic service tasks.
- Prepare and load materials, tools, and equipment for daily job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment both on-site and at the warehouse.
- Help ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and code standards.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Prior construction, HVAC, or mechanical experience preferred (willing to train).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule and Pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, with overtime available during peak seasons.
- Pay range: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
