Cultivation Facilities Manager
Primary Function
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, reliability, and operational readiness of the cultivation facility – including building envelope, grounds, process machinery, HVAC and environmental-control systems, irrigation and fertigation infrastructure, electrical and utility systems, and supporting equipment. This role owns the preventative maintenance program, leads troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of equipment failures, and coordinates qualified contractors for work beyond the scope of the in-house team.
Because environmental stability directly drives crop consistency, yield, and regulatory compliance, this position carries outsized operational weight: unplanned downtime in HVAC, dehumidification, CO₂, irrigation, or electrical systems can translate directly into crop loss, compliance exposure, or safety risk. The Facilities Manager supervises facility technicians, coordinates outside contractors and vendors, maintains accurate maintenance and compliance records, and ensures all facility systems remain safe, code-compliant, and available to support uninterrupted cultivation operations.
Reports to NativeCare CEO. Full-time position with benefits. Weekend and on call required. Salary; DOE. Band Member and Native American preference observed.

· Coordinate emergency maintenance response and prioritize repairs based on safety, regulatory requirements, cultivation impact and operation urgency
Environmental & Cultivation Support
· Partner with the cultivation team to maintain target environmental setpoints (temperature, relative humidity, VPD, CO₂, airflow) and escalate any system deviation that could affect plant health or compliance.
