3rd Shift Production Supervisor
Headquartered near Tilton, NH, we are an industry leader in custom aluminum extrusion manufacturing, providing end-to-end production services including fabrication, CNC machining, finishing, and assembly for OEM clients.
We're seeking a hands-on production supervisor with manufacturing floor leadership experience to lead night shift operations, drive safety and quality standards, and keep production running efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee night shift production activities across extrusion, fabrication, and related operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets

Coordinate staffing, assign work, and monitor workflows to ensure production schedules are met

Train, coach, and support team members while addressing performance issues and resolving conflicts on the floor

Troubleshoot production issues, escalate equipment or process concerns, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams

Inspect work for conformance to specifications and maintain accurate shift reports and production documentation

Enforce safety standards, including lockout/tagout awareness, and maintain strong housekeeping practices
Qualifications:

Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including supervising or coordinating production teams

Experience supporting production operations such as extrusion, metal fabrication, CNC machining, or similar processes

Ability to read and follow production schedules, technical instructions, and standard operating procedures

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting

High school diploma or equivalent required and willingness to work 3rd shift on-site
