Full Job Description

Case Manager – Client & Family Support (Shasta County)
Full-Time: $26–$28/hr to start, Up to $34/hr with longevity

If you want meaningful work in your local community, this role gives you the chance to support adults with developmental disabilities - and the families who care for them. You’ll guide services, mentor staff, visit clients in their homes, and help families build strong support systems across Shasta county.

What You’ll Do

Manage a caseload of clients who live with their families
Mentor CFS Specialists and support their day-to-day work
Help families navigate services and reach their goals
Lead team meetings and provide coaching/training
Travel locally to client homes (mileage reimbursed)

What You Need

AA + 3 years in disability services or case management (BA preferred)
Valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportation
Strong communication and scheduling skills
A heart for helping your community
