Job position description:
You do not need any previous industry experience. You must be able to pass an FBI and DOJ background check (per state code). We follow compliance regulations and require all employees do as well.
We’re looking for a full-time entry-level cultivation technician. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate looking to be a part of a team striving to produce the best flower in the world. Attention to detail, passion, internal drive and effort are required to be a part of the team. An attitude of “punching the clock” or doing the minimum to get by will not fit our culture. The job will train you on, and you will be a part of every aspect of; cultivation, harvesting, trimming and systems management. You will also be required to spearhead clean-up duties such as sweeping, moping, trash, etc.

- Must be 21 years of age or older

Employee Conduct:
- Employees are required to adhere to scheduled start/end times with no to minimal variances
- Employees are required to maintain high standards of facility cleanliness
- Employees are required to follow the exact standard operating procedures set by management
- Work well in a team environment or individually as needed
- Employees are required to follow all local, state and company compliance regulations
- Employees are required to follow company policies including but not limited to the company handbook
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative but not all encompassing of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must at a minimum, but not limited to have the ability to:
- Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product or equipment
- Use scissors, clippers, trimmers for long periods of time
- Extensive walking throughout expansive warehouse environment
- Standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 40lbs and carry a distance of over one hundred feet
- This is a labor-intensive farming production position
- Must not be allergic to cannabis

- This position is full-time, part-time or on-call, depending on employee
- Weekend and holidays may be expected

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Ability to use basic hand tools effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
