Director of Programs

Location: Redding, California

Compensation: $85,000.00 Salary per year

Director of Programs Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Programs to oversee and lead program operations within our California division. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and measurable program outcomes within a healthcare or human services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day program operations and service delivery
Ensure compliance with California state regulations and company standards
Drive program performance, quality improvement, and client outcomes
Supervise and support program staff and team development
Partner with executive leadership on strategy and program effectiveness
Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance tracking
May carry a caseload based on program needs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred for some programs)
1–3+ years of leadership or program management experience
Ability to physically pass CPR certifications required
Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
Knowledge of California regulatory and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform routine tasks
Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
Ability to operate standard office equipment and travel between sites
