Night Shift

Qualifications:

Must be certified or able to obtain certification in Professional Crisis Management at a Prac 2 level (we train)
Advanced experience working with challenging individuals
Able to demonstrate an ability to meet exceptionally high standards in the caregiving field
Able to demonstrate an ability to remain calm and professional in high magnitude crisis situations
Able and willing to follow management directives promptly and diligently
Able to complete routine documentation for each client
Willing to assist with personal care

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Observe and document client behavior and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being and independence.

Experience:

Caregiving for children: 1 year (Preferred)
