We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Civil Litigation Paralegal who is passionate about legal excellence and thrives in a firm that respects work-life balance and recognizes performance. This position is primarily remote. Southern California candidates only; candidates local to the Coachella Valley who are open to occasional in-office collaboration are a plus, and relocation may be discussed for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Draft discovery, motions, and other civil litigation documents
Prepare and file Judicial Council forms and court pleadings, including e-filings in state and federal courts
Draft tables of contents and tables of authorities for briefs and motions
Manage case calendaring and litigation deadlines
Coordinate with court clerks, sheriff's offices, and other agencies on filings and post-judgment matters
Liaise with client representatives, vendors, and other third parties
Manage e-discovery projects and maintain organized digital case files
Conduct legal research using Westlaw and related research platforms
Assist attorneys in trial preparation and case strategy
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of work product
Post-judgment enforcement experience is a plus!

What You Bring

5+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal supporting a sophisticated or complex business litigation practice
Hands-on experience with e-filings, discovery, and court filings
Experience with judgment enforcement and post-judgment proceedings (writs, levies, working with sheriff's offices) is a strong plus
Excellent writing and grammar, with strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, and Relativity
Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with a high-performing team
Comfort working directly with clients, clerks, and outside agencies
Paralegal certificate (preferred but not required)
