Full Job Description

Update and send Quarterly Reports every 3 months.
Following up on medical forms and court orders.
Creation of New Client folders and updating client information.
Updates to Social Worker information, client contact list, client height/weight.
Logging of daily school reports.
Monitoring of client needs & services report, TBS log, client medication log.
Assistance in scheduling client appointments.
Management of mental health forms and documents for therapist.
Assistance with extra clothes for school nurse and with client’s inventory.
Confirmation of school award ceremony/event attendance.
Management of employee information/training/attendance.
Ensuring updates to fire drills/first aid and all trainings/logs are updated.
Management of petty cash balance.
Assist with special events: Birthdays, Christmas party, Harvest party, etc.
Assistance with maintaining overall appearance of facility.
Contacting handyman when needed/ arranging for large item pick-up when needed.
Grocery shopping, clothing shopping.

Requirements

Must have basic clerical skills, fax, filing, typing skills and payroll.
The individual must have above average typing skills.
We are looking for a quality individual with good morals.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power point and Excel.
The ability to handle confidential information.
Must be detail oriented.
Fast pace, Independent worker.
Good organizational skills
Must be able to work with little supervision.

Physical Demands

Requires manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator, copier machine and other office equipment.
Requires working under stressful conditions and working irregular hours.
Requires the ability to physically restrain clients.
Requires full range of body motion including handing or lifting at least 25 pounds.
Requires hearing within normal range for telephone use.
Requires eyesight correctable to normal range to operate a vehicle.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Moreno Valley, CA 92555: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
