Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Case Picker - Distribution Associate to support daily warehouse and material distribution operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), using RF scanners, and preparing completed orders for shipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack experience, strong case-picking skills, and the ability to accurately read pick tickets, product labels, and distribution documents.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets, labels, and handheld RF scanners.
Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to retrieve and transport products throughout the warehouse.
Scan barcodes and verify products and quantities for order accuracy.
Pick cases efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
Palletize completed orders and properly place products on pallets.
Label boxes and completed orders according to shipping requirements.
Use RF technology to process and complete customer orders.
Verify order accuracy before shipment.
Assist with shipment packaging and preparation.
Scan completed pallets and assist with dock manifest duties as needed.
Operate a shrink wrapper when required.
Assist at the ground/manual manifest station as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
Learn the responsibilities of other warehouse positions and provide backup coverage when needed.
Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) operating experience
2+ years of effective and accurate case-picking experience preferred/required for consideration.
Experience reading pick tickets, product labels, and distribution documents.
Experience using handheld scanners, RF scanners, or similar warehouse technology.
Ability to accurately scan, pick, verify, and palletize products.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Candidates without a high school diploma/GED must have 2+ years of applicable warehouse/distribution experience.
Recruiters should note if education is not listed on the resume.
Previous material handling equipment (MHE) experience preferred.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
Basic organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
Ability to obtain/maintain required EPJ certification.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active warehouse position requiring frequent:
Walking and standing
Bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
Reaching, twisting, and grasping
Pushing and pulling
Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements
Lifting and moving cases and products
Operating material handling equipment

The position may require lifting 50+ pounds in some areas. Candidates must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Candidate Must-Haves

Candidates submitted should clearly demonstrate:
2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
Case-picking experience with a demonstrated focus on accuracy
RF/handheld scanner experience
Ability to read pick tickets and product labels
High school diploma/GED OR 2+ years of applicable experience
