Job Overview
We are seeking a hard working and detail-oriented Dispatcher with bilingual skills to join our AAA team! In this vital role, you will coordinate the movement of Drivers, manage AAA calls, and ensure seamless communication between drivers and members. Your proactive approach will help optimize routes, improve delivery efficiency, and uphold high standards of service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in transportation management.

Duties

Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries using Call managment sytem FIeld Service (FSL)
Utilize GPS and other various tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and clients via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Oversee fleet management activities by coordinating vehicle dispatches, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety standards.
Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies or delays and implement improvements for streamlined logistics operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience with dispatching within AAA roadside environment
Bilingual skills are required
Strong familiarity with transportation management systems such as FSL
Knowledge of GPS technology,
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently using multi-line phone systems.
Strong analysis skills to evaluate routing efficiencies and improve overall transportation planning.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
