Tetherow Resort has an immediate opening for Hotel Front Office Supervisor!

Must have 2+ years of hotel/resort experience

You have strong organizational skill with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced

You have excellent communication and listening skills
You have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally at least one year in hospitality/hotels or resort
You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
You have a high school diploma or equivalency degree
You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays

What you’ll do...

Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work.
Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys
Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.
Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenities
Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability
Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services
Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner
Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the account
Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
