We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growing company in Redmond, Oregon! Our company is currently looking for a reliable employee to join our Blend (sanding/surface prep) team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, having a good time while you work, and are dependable, this may be a great opportunity for you! Our Blend positions start at $19/hr. This is a full-time role, hours are either M-Th or Tu-F, 6:00am-4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch. Currently overtime is available, as we are experiencing a high demand for our products.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to work with their hands by sanding each part for final coating. Reliability is crucial and team work is a must. Prior experience is not necessary, as we will train the right person.

· No prior experience is required, we will train the right person. Dependability is highly sought.

Wage and benefits offered:

This position starts at $19/hr. Health benefits are offered the first of the month after 60 days and additional benefits are offered after 90 days. Radian offers health, dental, vision, short term and long term disability, as well as 401(k) after one year of service with a 3% company contribution. Participation in the Discretionary Bonus program also starts after one year of service.
