Key Responsibilities

Triage patient phone calls and patient portal messages utilizing nursing judgment
Provide compassionate patient education and counseling regarding treatment plans, medications, procedures, and preventive care
Coordinate care with providers, specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services
Assist with scheduling appointments
Manage patient reminders, follow-up communications, and care coordination
Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
Support providers in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care
Contribute to a positive team environment focused on patient-centered care

Qualifications

Required

Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
One or more years of nursing experience
Women's Health experience
Epic experience
